Winter Attractions

Skiing, cross-country skiing, tobogganing and hiking are great fun, but holidays are also a great chance to try something new. We have put together a list with some of the best alternative activities in the region, from alpine coasters and adventure pools to dairy farms open to the public.

Many of the most popular attractions in Tirol are open in winter. During the cold months of the year visitors can enjoy thermal baths, adventure pools and saunas, but there are also museums, the Ice Palace on the Hintertux Glacier, the007 Elements on the Gaislachkogel mountain, the Swarovski Crystal Worlds in Wattens and the Nature- and Nationalparks.
